Marketing Manager  

As our Marketing Manager, the position will drive the marketing strategy design and execution to develop EDI’s brand position, solidify customer segmentation, vertically grow these customer segments, and ensure retention, loyalty and product patronage.

Main Functions:

• Brand: You will develop a strong brand position and narrative in alignment with our value proposition and business strategy and ensure our brand message is clear and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
• Customer Insights: You will analyze customer data and develop ideal customer profiles to anchor your marketing strategies both for acquisition and retention.
• Marketing Strategy: You will design and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy for each of the customer segments
• Campaign Execution: You will plan and execute lead generation and branding campaigns across paid channels both online and offline.
• Organic Acquisition: You will grow organic lead acquisition through SEO, content, and social.
• Attribution modeling: You will develop proper tracking and attribution to monitor and analyze product performance.
• Team Leadership: You will build, develop and coach a growing team of marketing professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• 5 years of experience in marketing or related field
• Fintech, banking, e-wallet or digital banking experience would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects perform multi-tasking.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Team player
• Able work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable using a computer in carrying out various tasks.
• Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
