- Manage, Source and issue quotations for key accounts, small-medium enterprises, and large enterprises across all customer engagement modes
- Collaborate with the category management team to identify and secure tenders, including the submission process
- Proactively identify potential new categories based on sourcing requests for the category management team to explore
- Manage customer inquiries and sales processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and quotation requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
- Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments to effectively promote company products and services
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Assist and guide junior team members on all activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in purchasing / sourcing MRO or non-MRO products is required (min. 1-2 years)
- Communication in English is a must
- In-depth understanding of the procurement process (Sourcing, Negotiation, Delivery Schedule)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Team player who can also work independently
