Job Description
- Prepares and submits the following:
- Weekly Sales Itinerary.
- Sales Quotation to customers and Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- Monthly Sales report
- Price and files custodian.
- Receiving and preparation of purchase order from customers.
- Updates customer database files, and other files in a timely and orderly manner.
- Financial recording of transactions such as, but not limited to, invoices, requests for payments, accountable forms, maintenance and record keeping of receivables/payables in Xero.
- Prepare and present reports for weekly review with management.
- Analyzes industry trends and proactively sourced out prices from competitors, vendors and agents for benchmarking the Company's standard selling rates.
- Recommends strategic action to correct customer complaints & acknowledge client commendation for any positive remarks and promote company standards to minimize costs while conforming to customers’ requirements.
- Check processing and releasing.
- Creates internal financial statement.
- Point person for all permits and licenses.
- Prepares, files, and submits all government-mandated reporting requirements.
- Ensures that all BIR payments are paid on time.
- Inventory management.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Advance computer skills on MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledgeable in Xero Accounting Software is a plus
- Good Analytical & Accounting skills.
- Keen on details, can handle pressure with minimal supervision and is energetic.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and hardworking.
- Must be able to multitask, establish priorities and can work under pressure.
- Knowledge and expertise in Taxation, AR/AP, Bank Recon, Financial Statement, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss is required.
- Do field-working jobs (For BIR compliance, Bank Transactions, tax exemption documents, etc.)
