Flo is an entrepreneur and small business owner with a background in software development, product management, and entrepreneurship. He currently runs a business with a team of around 10 people and is evaluating his next venture, most likely in AI/tech, SaaS, or a tech-enabled service business. Flo believes many businesses of the future will be built by small teams of humans and AI agents working closely together. For his next venture, the Executive Assistant will effectively be employee #1 and his right-hand person - helping evaluate ideas, build systems and processes, launch the business, and eventually help grow the team. Having lived in nine countries, Flo has been based in Southeast Asia since 2018 and currently spends most of his time in Vietnam and the Philippines.
