Position: Senior Sales Account Manager (Full-Time, On-Site – Makati) Job Description: As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, meeting sales quotas, managing and strengthening client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored connectivity and IT solutions. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field At last 5 years experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (preferably in ISP or telecom) Strong understanding of connectivity solutions (Fiber, Direct Internet Access, Enterprise Network Services) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to assess client needs and propose suitable technical & commercial solutions Strong presentation skills for both online and face-to-face meetings Results-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage Willing to travel for client meetings and fieldwork Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently With lead generation skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Benefits Promotions to permanent employees 3% commissions per circuit per month on the top of salary HMO Paid Holidays Leaves Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Makati
