Job Description
- Create and execute store development strategies/plans in line with the business strategies/plans.
- Implement store openings based store development standards and develop and sustain highly profitable store network.
- Share FR business growth potential and vision to developers and landlords in order to sustain good relationship leading to future store development opportunities.
- Gather information of store development and searching for properties (considering optimum location of stores, practicing sales activities towards developers and landlords, making decisions on opening stores or not).
- Negotiating on contracts ( negotiating on lease conditions, compartments, itemization of work in line with store development standards)
- Promoting the opening of the stores and handing over to the sales department (negotiating on the dates of handover and store openings, managing the whole process)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): negotiating skills, communication skills, public relation skills
- Preferably Manager specialized in Business Development or equivalent.
- Passionate about Uniqlo brand and has high goal orientation
