1. Strategic Oversight & Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact between the MMCG Board, National Directors, local partners, and international franchise holders.
- Ensure all activities align with MMCG’s global vision, standards, and brand identity.
- Oversee detailed timelines, milestones, and deliverables, from recruitment through post-event documentation.
2. Franchise & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with third-party licensees, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and branding guidelines.
- Regularly communicate and report franchise progress to the MMCG Board.
3. Candidate Acquisition & Management
- Lead the acquisition of candidates through local partners and franchisees.
- Supervise direct recruitment efforts by guiding recruitment specialists and teams.
- Ensure recruitment and candidate management processes adhere to MMCG’s high standards.
- Oversee candidate training programs, including poise, runway, and Q&A preparation.
- Manage candidate schedules, logistics, and engagements with sponsors and partners.
4. Event Planning & Execution
- Direct planning and execution of key MMCG events including Screening, Orientation, Press Presentation, Culture Night, Chinatown Ball, and Winners Night.
- Collaborate closely with production, creative, and technical teams to maintain event quality and integrity.
- Coordinate with National Directors to provide backend support and guidance during the global pageant.
5. Marketing, Sponsorship & Media
- Collaborate with CHiNOY TV’s marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and sponsorship strategies.
- Ensure sponsor and partner deliverables are effectively integrated into pageant activities.
- Oversee the production and development of branded content, including social media content, documentaries, and features for Huá Magazine.
6. Documentation & Administration
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation, including candidate data, event documentation, and contractual agreements.
- Conduct post-event assessments to identify successes and areas for improvement, and present findings to the MMCG Board.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing pageants, events, or similar high-profile activities.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders, including international partners.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, sponsorship, and media management.
