Content Creation
- Develop, write, and edit marketing content including press releases, marketing materials, social media posts, and website copy.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and communicates the company’s value propositions effectively.
Communication Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, sales, product managers) to create and distribute campaign materials.
Media Relations
Pitch stories, handle media inquiries, and manage press releases to secure media coverage.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics.
Internal Communications
- Support internal communication initiatives to ensure employees are informed and engaged with company news, updates, and events.
- Create internal newsletters, announcements, and manage the intranet content.
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company’s brand identity and voice.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or any related course. Open to fresh graduates
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in Marketing Communication and familiarity with marketing campaigns
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with digital media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
