Job Purpose
Supports the Digital Channels and Marketing Department Head in developing, implementing and
managing marketing campaigns to promote the company and its products, services and platforms.
Major Responsibilities
• Lead the ideation, content creation, implementation, monitoring and optimization of all marketing
campaigns including paid media ad placements on Facebook, Google or other similar platforms
• Propose and align media and digital KPIs and update/refresh as necessary to establish best-in-class
benchmarks
• Heavily contributes to the continuous improvement of the overall paid media, digital processes, metrics
and ways of working
• Builds strong relationships with internal and external parties while being the SPOC for media and
digital agency contracts
• Manages Spotify content production and implementation
• Manages project queue and traffic for the team
• Keep abreast of new channels, web technologies, and digital marketing trends
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related fields
• Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in digital marketing, advertising, paid media
management, performance marketing, or other related fields.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing framework and practices,
media and digital metrics, paid media implementation and optimization, and current trends in digital
marketing and technology.
•Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant digital channels such as email, social media, streaming sites, and the like.
•Ample understanding of photo and design software tools (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Canva, etc.)
• Skills: Good communication skills, attention to detail, platform adaptability, creative thinking and design, analytical skills, data-driven thinking, project management and creative problem-solving
•Personality: Organized, creative, assertive, sociable, tactful, cooperative, reliable, flexible.
