Job Description

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the Government Sector (B2B/B2G) in IT, outsourcing, or consulting.
  3. Proven experience in maintaining client relationships, including upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage sales targets and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
  6. Understanding of core IT roles (Network, Engineer, IT Support, etc.) is an advantage.
  7. Proactive, results-driven, and skilled in problem-solving.
  8. Existing network of companies requiring IT outsourcing services is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Identify and acquire new potential clients who require IT outsourcing services.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  3. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  4. Understand clients’ business and technical needs to provide suitable outsourcing solutions (IT Support, Developers, etc.).
  5. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  6. Prepare proposals, pricing quotations, and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
  7. Lead contract negotiations, service terms, and SLA discussions with clients.
  8. Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  9. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and account progress to management.
