Team Leader Cybersecurity  

• Manage escalated delivery requests and resolve services issues for signature and priority customers.
• Coordinate regular meetings on SLA, service performance, updates, and issue handling.
• Review SLA and service performance report preparation.
• Prepare and deliver security planning, roadmap, topology, reports, and risk evaluations to support business activities.
• Handle incident response together with the CSIRT, including investigation, analysis, root cause
• Support and participate in the implementation and configuration of security technologies for customers.
• Demonstrated experience in operational security management, incident handling, and policy enforcement.
• Proficiency in SIEM, log analysis, network traffic analysis, and threat hunting.
• Develop security automation tools and scripts to improve SOC efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Identify emerging risks and recommend proactive controls to improve resilience against current and future threats on customers
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day guidance for the Cybersecurity Operations team.
• Lead and coordinate SOC operations across L1 and L2 analysts, ensuring effective alert triage, investigation, and escalation.
• Mentor and support L1 analysts (7 personnel) in incident analysis, investigation methodology, and tool usage.
• Coordinate with L2 analyst (1 personnel) for complex investigations, threat hunting, and root cause analysis.
• Work closely with Network Security Support (1 personnel) to align incident response, traffic analysis, and remediation actions.
• Ensure consistent adherence to SOC processes, SLA commitments, and operational best practices across the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• have experience working in the field of cyber security for a minimum 3 years.
• Have experience implementation solution or services in the field of cyber security with minimum 5 project handling
• have minimum 2 years experience as soc L2 or 2 Years as Security Engineer
• Understanding & Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST frameworks, SOC TRIAD, GDPR, and other relevant security compliance standards.
