- Mengelola tim presales, memberikan arahan teknis, serta mengembangkan kompetensi tim.
- mengatur prioritas, timeline, dan resource untuk mendukung berbagai proposal dan POC.
- Menjadi penghubung efektif antara tim teknis, sales, dan manajemen.
- membimbing tim junior dalam presentasi, penulisan proposal, dan POC.
- menyampaikan value proposition IBM Software secara jelas dan persuasif kepada audiens teknis maupun eksekutif.
- membuat proposal teknis dan bisnis yang rapi dan sesuai RFP/RFI.
- berdiskusi dengan stakeholder C-level, mengelola ekspektasi, dan memberikan solusi strategis.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Mampu memberikan solusi kreatif untuk kebutuhan kompleks pelanggan.
- menyesuaikan strategi presales sesuai dengan tren teknologi terbaru.
- Bekerja sama lintas fungsi dengan tim sales, delivery, dan principal IBM.
- Fokus pada pemahaman kebutuhan bisnis dan teknis pelanggan.
- Keberhasilan dalam memenangkan tender atau proyek strategis.
- Monitoring performa tim presales.
- Monitoting kepuasan pelanggan atas kualitas proposal, demo, dan presentasi.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan: Minimal S1 di bidang IT, Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang Minimal 3-5 tahun pengalaman presales pada solusi enterprise IT
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di posisi manajerial atau lead.
- Pengalaman langsung dengan produk IBM menjadi nilai plus.
- Sertifikasi IBM (misalnya IBM Automation, IBM Data & AI, atau IBM Security). Jika ada nilai plus
- Penguasaan dan pemahaman area integration, automation, data ai dan security
- Memahami hybrid cloud architecture dan integrasi dengan platform pihak ketiga.
- Mampu mendesain Proof of Concept (POC) dengan skenario teknis yang sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan.
- Teknologi Pendukung: Familiar dengan API, containerization (OpenShift/Kubernetes), dan konsep data integration.
