Are you an organized, detail-driven HR professional who enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an HR Admin Officer who will play a key role in managing employee benefits, statutory compliance, payroll support, and HR administration. You’ll work closely with the HR Officer and Admin Assistant in a collaborative environment where your expertise truly makes an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of employee benefits administration, including government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), HMO enrollment, health insurance, and other company-provided benefits
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Process employee benefit registrations, updates, and terminations accurately and on time
- Track allowances, benefit entitlements, and maintain well-organized HR records
- Coordinate with government agencies, HMO providers, and external partners to resolve benefit-related concerns
- Support payroll operations by reviewing and validating payroll reports prepared by our outsourcing provider
- Monitor attendance and timekeeping records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage fleet administration and fixed asset monitoring
- Assist with foreign employee work permits, including AEP and 9G visa processing
- Serve as Health & Safety Officer, supporting workplace safety compliance and applications
- Work hand-in-hand with the HR Officer and Admin Assistant to support day-to-day HR and administrative requirements
Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of solid experience in HR administration, benefits management, payroll coordination, and timekeeping
- Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and compliance processes
- Hands-on experience coordinating with HMOs and government agencies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted to handle confidential information
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills
