Job Description
- Analyze business objectives and collaborate with product marketing team to formulate the big communication message and umbrella campaign in digital landscape
- Plan and strategize all integrated digital marketing activities using several channels including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns and affiliate marketing
- Collaborate with Ad Ops team to formulate the optimal channel placement to achieve campaign objectives
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with Performance Data Analyst to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to develop the digital campaign plans
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 2 years)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing paid channels such as SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing
- Able to leverage various digital channels including organic (social posts, KOLs) and CRM (push, email, etc) as part of an integrated digital campaign together with paid channels
- Able to see business requirements in a helicopter view and identify gaps and opportunities
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of app analytical tools (Mixpanel, Clevertap, MoEngage etc) and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experiences in well-known e-commerce / platform-based startups
- Experience in handling mobile apps platform would be a plus
- Ability to use SQL for data retrieving and analysis is preferable
