Job Description
You will work very closely with GO-JEK product engineering team (developers, product managers, UI/UX designers, data science, business intelligence) across countries (India, Singapore, and Indonesia) and their HRBP to
- Conduct training needs analysis;
- Create training curriculum;
- Identify, support, and train facilitator to deliver technical training session;
Minimum Qualifications
- Have 1-2 years experience in creating training curriculum, technical training will be a plus point
- Have very high willingness to learn about everything related product engineering. You don't have to be able to code but you need to be very persistent in chasing information from our product engineering team and spend your free time to enrich your knowledge related to product engineering
- Aspire to do analytical work and people facing role
- Have fluency and confidence in communicating (speaking and writing) in English
- Ability to manage stakeholders from diverse background
