Business Development Analyst  

As Business Development Analyst, you'll work with Groundwork to develop long-term relationships with our partners and clients. We're a high-growth tech startup working on changing the way companies learn about their customers and make decisions. We're looking for highly entrepreneurial people with a passion for startups and technology.

You'll be responsible for directly interacting with clients in order to sell our data collection and market research services, as well as be involved in the process of negotiating and closing large corporate deals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Giving sales presentations to interested clients in the consumer goods, non-profit, and advertising industries
• Documenting customer requirements and fielding questions and concerns
• Processing sales agreements and invoices on your accounts
• Networking and scouting for new leads in the marketing industry
• Presenting data analysis generated by our software and data science teams to stakeholders

This is a part-time contract position with performance bonuses that will convert into a full-time position given satisfactory performance.

Required

• Strong English communication skills
• Practice delivering sales presentations
• Professionalism and experience working with corporate accounts and clients
• Ability to self-manage and self-document your work
• Strong networking skills and drive to find and close deals

Preferred

• Professional experience in the marketing and advertising industry, especially in market research and analysis
• Experience with CRM software such as ProsperWorks or Salesforce
