We are looking for an Account Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. In this role, you will idenitfy client needs, propose suitable technology solutions, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery while consistently achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities.
- Act as a frontline revenue executor responsible for driving sales growth.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand customer business needs and translate them into relevant technology solutions.
- Present, propose, and negotiate solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Own and achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (presales, solution architects, delivery) to ensure successful deal execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Monitorr market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Tech Sales/Solution Selling, particularly in technology products or solutions (IT, SaaS, Cloud, digital solutions).
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end sales process (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing) as an individual contributor.
- Strong hunter mindset with a focus on new client acquisition.
- Solid communcation, presentation, and negotiation skills, including engagement with decision-makers from Manager to C-level.
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling, with the ability to translte client business needs into technology solutions such as cloud, data, AI, or digital platforms.
