- Review and validate payment requests; ensure proper documentation and timely processing
- Track and monitor advances and liquidations; follow up on overdue accounts and ensure policy compliance
- Prepare and process contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG); maintain accurate records and coordinate with employees and HR
- Validate invoices, update records, and monitor NTA compliance
- Assist in preparing BIR tax reports such as SLSP, QAP, and SAWT
- Perform bank and cash advance reconciliations
- Assist in financial reports, audits, and loan validations
- Contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and processes
Minimum Qualifications

Shall be a graduate of any 4-year course with accounting, finance or related field

With at least 2-years experience on accounting-related function

Preferably a license holder (CPA)

With competent knowledge in using Google Sheets and MS Application including but not limited to MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

With basic knowledge in BIR rulings, regulations and compliances
