Business Development Representative  

• Data acquisition of relevant organisations to target
• Source relevant Decision Makers within the target organisations for conversation and opportunity qualification
• Outbound lead generation- Generating interest for the resourcing prospect
• Qualifying opportunities against a defined criteria, identifying whether to set up an Appointment for the Account Manager
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products
• Providing weekly reports in a WIP meeting format on
  • Leads, pipeline and appointments
  • Successes and challenges
• Using tactics such as the resourcing e-brochure to support the lead generation and pipeline building exercise, both in your conversations and through email
• Working with the Resourcing Account Manager, and extended resourcing team on ideas to enable you to build interest and to support conversions both from lead to appointment, and appointment to revenue

Requirements

• Outbound appointment setting in a similar role
• Have worked to KPIs including Qualified Sales opportunities (appointments), Calls made, Organisations acquired (data)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience in objection handling
• Time management and planning skills
• Expertise in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent English language

Experience in the following would be advantageous

• Experience of selling Recruitment services
• Experience of selling to Tech Start-up type companies
• Experience in the use of CRM systems in the sales process
