It is also listed as an Ecozone Facilities Enterprise with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. From mixed-use, residential, to commercial properties, is continuously creating innovations to provide beautiful, usable spaces for its customers. Its first development, Calyx Centre, is a 26-storey mixed-use structure located in Cebu I.T. Park that comprises office, residential, and retail spaces. The same design structure was then replicated in Cebu Business Park with residential units only, which is Calyx Residences. Link is its first office building in Cebu I.T.
