Freelance Marketing Project Manager  

We are seeking a freelance Marketing Project Manager to oversee the execution of our upcoming brand refresh. This role is project-based (approx. 6 months) and will ensure smooth coordination between our branding agency, creative partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between our branding agency (TBWA) and external creative partners (designers, website developers, etc.).
• Translate insights and outputs from the brand workshop into actionable briefs for designers (logo, visual identity, naming, brand guidelines).
• Manage timelines and deliverables for the development of new brand assets (logo, templates, collateral).
• Coordinate with web developers to align the website redesign with the new brand identity.
• Track progress, flag risks, and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Assist with roll-out planning for the new brand (internal communications, launch assets, etc.).

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or project management.
• Strong understanding of branding and design processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (agencies, designers, developers).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Freelance/contractor experience preferred; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension depending on project needs).
• Engagement: Freelance / project-based.
• Location: Flexible, with regular check-ins with internal team and external partners.
