Business Analyst

At IThinkWeb Corporation, We provide software to help stakeholders in the global TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) industry operate and transfer information to increase value, integrity and awareness of accredited certification.

By helping the TIC industry digitize and facilitate the flow of key information we help business and regulators around the world develop, monitor an improve global supply chains which leads to greater economic, environmental and social impact.

Business Analyst (BA) will focus on helping the company’s customer base (businesses, regulators, industry bodies) develop certified supply chains and customer value chains.

The role will also require the BA to facilitate in making sure that the customers will be able to utilize the data management system and other services provided by the company.

More importantly, the BA plays a key role in the sustainability of the services offered by the company by providing support to clients and stakeholders going through their customer journey.

The role:

• You will be supporting the General Manager of the company.
• With a key focus on advancing how the businesses helps its customers (businesses, regulators, industry bodies) develop certified supply chains, with a focus on sustainability and enterprise customers.
• Project will be varied and diversified ranging from research and analysis, communications.
• Data Analysis
• Customer and stakeholder

• Working with customer service team and tech team
• Customer liaison
• Working with General Manager on a range of products

• A completed Bachelor or Master's degree during the last 2 years with a minimum credit plus average.
• We generally look for applicants with a Bachelor's degree in an area of technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Commerce, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Data, Environment, Sustainability, however we will consider other degrees if you have a strong interest and leaning towards technology
