Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and adaptable individual to join our COO Office team. Working closely with the COO, you'll take part in a variety of strategic, operational, and project-based initiatives that help move the business forward. This role is ideal for a business generalist who enjoys tackling different challenges, working with people across all levels of the organization, and balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and learning through exposure to different parts of the business, this role is for you.

Strategic Initiatives & Execution

  • Work closely with the COO to drive strategic initiatives and company-wide priorities.
  • Conduct research, gather insights, and analyze information to support decision-making.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities, and propose practical solutions.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive execution of key initiatives and ensure priorities are followed through effectively.
  • Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the COO.

Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
  • Define project timelines, priorities, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive resolution.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across different functions to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business objectives.

Business Operations & Insights

  • Analyze business and operational data to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews for management discussions.
  • Gather information from various stakeholders to support business initiatives and decision-making.
  • Improve workflows, processes, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Navigate operational challenges and contribute to practical problem-solving across functions.

COO Support

  • Act as a trusted partner to the COO in managing priorities and follow-through.
  • Track key action items, decisions, and business initiatives to ensure execution.
  • Prepare materials and summaries for internal discussions, meetings, and management reviews.
  • Help maintain visibility across multiple projects and priorities within the COO Office.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business project manager, CEO/COO Office, management trainee, or similar roles.
  • Experience in startups or fast-growing companies is a plus.

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Naturally curious and eager to understand business challenges from different perspectives.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and strong execution capability.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Skills

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
  • Confident representing leadership in cross-functional discussions and initiatives when required.
  • Ability to connect business insights with practical execution.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
