Job Description
- Support the e-commerce team in managing product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify online platform
- Monitor and assist in order processing, fulfillment, and shipping coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues as needed.
- Assists and collaborates with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.
- Help maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to manage stock availability and reordering.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data, including sales reports and website analytics, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and improve the online shopping experience.
