- Engage with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions (e.g., servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, network, security).
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC).
- Support RFP/RFI responses, including solution design and proposal documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Assist in technical risk assessments and feasibility studies.
- Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor certifications.
- Act as a technical advisor to the sales team and customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a presales or solution architect role with a system integrator or IT services firm.
- Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure technologies:
- Servers & Storage

- Virtualization & Cloud
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
