Job Description
KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services. We are engaged mostly with US and European clients and are involved in various cutting-edge e-commerce projects. The Community Manager is a digital marketing role that owns the responsibility to manage the engagement with a defined “community of potential clients”
Responsibilities:
- Proactively share content with a defined community of potential clients and do this in a way that surfaces potential client projects/procurement processes which allow for the qualification of such opportunities and for them to be appropriately passed to the team’s sales organization.
- Through social networking expand the community through finding additional “appropriate contacts” within ‘Community Member Networks’ and including these in the process of content sharing.
- Work proactively with other marketing teammates to optimize the effectiveness of community content inventory and ensure customer feedback is accurately captured and acted upon.
- Ensure all appropriate content-sharing messages are in line with the defined Community Manager Guidelines and in the appropriate team ‘tone of voice’.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns as required.
- Any other tasks as required by the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educated to a degree level (or equivalent work experience)
- Marketing, PR and or Internal Communications experience is highly desirable.
- Experience within an information technology industry would be beneficial but is not essential as a full process of training and induction across business’ services and the relevant Microsoft product sets will be provided.
- Preferably highly competent with LinkedIn Tool sets, specifically Sales Navigator & Point Drive. However, training will be provided if a candidate with all other characteristics is available but where their knowledge of the LinkedIn product set is lower than ideal.
- A ‘digital native’ with excellent general social media skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal & written English is essential.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in any schedule.
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
