Key Responsibilities include but are not limted to:
Sales & Account Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand offline sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare presentation decks for customers and brands alongside Account and Business Development Managers
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, ensure product visibility, and gather sales insights.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing structures, and promotional agreements with retailers and distributors.
Sales Administration & Order Processing
- Proficiency in using SAP
- Process and manage offline sales orders, invoicing, ensuring accurate documentation and timely fulfillment.
- Prepare and verify invoices, sales contracts, purchase orders, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track order status, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer accounts, and inventory reports.
- Handle customer and distributor inquiries related to orders, pricing, and product availability.
Brand Visibility & Merchandising
- Ensure brand presence and compliance with merchandising guidelines in retail stores.
- Work closely with trade marketing teams to implement in-store displays and promotional materials.
- Conduct store checks to assess product placement andmerchandising effectiveness.
Promotions & Market Analysis
- Assist in planning and executing trade promotions, in-store activations, and dealer incentives.
- Gather market insights by monitoring competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional campaign effectiveness.
Operational & Inventory Coordination
- Ensure optimal stock levels in retail stores and distribution channels.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory planning and avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
- Identify and address issues in order fulfillment and distribution to improve efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
The Sales and Admin Officer is responsible for supporting offline sales operations, order processing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business transactions and efficient execution of sales activities. This role involves managing retail and distribution partners, processing sales documents, coordinating inventory, and ensuring proper merchandising in physical stores. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both sales and administrative functions effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Marketing
- Experience in E-commerce and Retail industry is a big plus
- Familiarity with SAP tools and digital platforms
- Has experience in generating reports and presentations with accuracy to maintain relevant data and tracking
- Advanced Microsoft/Google Office skills, including data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction/transactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and payments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and at times, under pressure
