The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving company sales targets. The position involves handling client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, promoting CCTV products and security solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also monitor team performance, prepare sales reports, and coordinate with other departments to support daily operations and business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Manage and supervise the sales team and monitor daily performance
- Identify and develop new clients, dealers, and business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts
- Promote CCTV products, security systems, and related accessories to clients
- Provide product knowledge and technical recommendations based on customer requirements
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate sales agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations when needed
- Ensure proper handling of customer inquiries and after-sales concerns
- Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- With background or experience in CCTV products and security systems
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure
- With experience in field sales and client handling is an advantage
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- Office work
- 8:30AM - 5:30PM

- Brgy. Lorega Cebu City
