Job Description

Pada posisi ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam mendukung penyusunan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi strategi perusahaan melalui pengumpulan serta analisis data, koordinasi dengan berbagai unit kerja, serta penyusunan dokumen perencanaan strategis. Anda juga akan melakukan monitoring pencapaian KPI Korporasi, pelaksanaan RKAT dan RAKB, mengelola koordinasi terkait anak perusahaan agar selaras dengan strategi perusahaan, serta menyusun materi rapat dan laporan strategis untuk kebutuhan internal maupun eksternal.

Minimum Qualifications

Specific Requirements:

Minimum S1 Manajemen (Strategic Management/Business Management)
Memiliki seritifikasi yang terkait dengan strategic planning atau sertifikasi Pasar Modal dan Pasar Uang
Memiliki pengalaman kerja yang serupa min. 1 (satu) tahun
Familiar dengan penyusunan RKAT, KPI dan mengetahui konsep RAKB

General Requirements:

Minimum GPA 3.00
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik (dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris) secara tertulis ataupun verbal
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik (Ms. Office)
Memiliki kemampuan penulisan laporan dan analisis yang baik, serta mampu berpikir strategis dan kreatif dalam mengolah informasi dan menyusun rekomendasi
Mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai utama perusahaan: Integrity, Prudence, Customer Focus, Fellowship, dan Achievement of Excellence

About PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI)

PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) was established in 1996 as a Clearing and Guarantee Institution or Central Counterparty (CCP) for the Indonesian capital market. In accordance with Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Market, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia designated KPEI as part of the Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) of the Indonesian capital market, together with PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) and PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). As an entity, KPEI’s line of business is to organize clearing of securities exchange transaction and regulated over-thecounter (OTC) transactions as well as securities exchange settlement guarantee. The development of industry and economy has enabled KPEI to expand its business activities by conducting other financial supporting services, with the approval of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The year 2020 marked another milestone of KPEI as it expanded its role as central counterparty (CCP) of the OTC Derivative market in order to support the Government’s program to develop and integrity, efficient, and transparent money market.
