Job Description
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all operational processes as one of the service commitments to customers
- Conduct Internal Quality Audit, review and approved standard operating procedures, and conduct management review
- Ensure all service measurements are measured, analyzed, monitored, and documented in order to set up the corrective and preventive action plan based on achievement for service measurement
- Provide the presentation and monitor service performance achievement and corrective action is taken, and review the impact of the improvement plans to management in order to ensure commitment to improving service level
- Develop operating plans that include customized operating procedure, routing, transit time, manpower, and equipment needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree from Logistics / Engineering / Economic / Marketing. Master Degree is preferred
- Have 5 years of experience in the same field or 3 years experience as a Manager
- High Understanding of Engineering Process
- Excellent Logistics Knowledge & Technology Savvy
- Innovative Thinking and Business Acumen
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong leadership and management skills
