Job Description
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Improving revenue.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as General Manager in a tourism attraction, city hotel or any others job that related to hospitality industries.
- College level degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent Hotel Management or Tourism related education.
- Excellent communication level in English and Bahasa are mandatory.
- Solid functional knowledge of conservation and hospitality operations.
- Outstanding leadership abilities.
- Strong Sales & Marketing skills and good knowledge of Revenue Management.
- Able to evaluating performance, productivity, profit and loss, analyzing accounting and financial data
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- Computer literate
