- Conducting interview with users for work load analysis
- Collect supporting data for completeness of work load analysis files
- Support other Organization Management Work (such as completeness of Organization Management documents)
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management (freshgraduate are welcome to apply)
- Have a specialization in organizational management (for psychology majors) or human resources (for management majors)
- Have experience (internship) in the field of organization management are preferable
- Have a good analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
