Job Description
- Design activations and providing fresh new ideas in the ideation and concepting process based on needs (Experimental Activation, Social Media Activation, Promotions Activation, Marketing Event Activation, Sponsorship Activation)
- Provide advice, references and recommendations in designing activities, rundown, and other activation strategies.
- Create event proposals, evaluation reports, Terms of Reference and other required documents for the activations.
- Communicate and implement ideas and strategies in the execution of activations to both Mid and High level seniors.
- Involve in managing and monitoring activations to ensure its operations with external and/or internal stakeholders from start to finish including gaining feedback and data, reporting, and coordinating in terms of execution of each activations.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) across fields preferably marketing, communication, or event management field
- At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in brand activation agency or other company
- Extensive experience in brand activations including event building and management (online or offline), project management, sponsorship, as well as stakeholder engagements.
- Quantitative and qualitative data analysis for reporting and optimization
- Fast learner and agile worker in a dynamic environment
