- Develop and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key partners stakeholders at various levels.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, fostering open and consistent communication.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and evolving needs.
- Anticipate partners needs and proactively offer solutions and insights.
- Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and business reviews to ensure partners satisfaction and alignment.
- Manage partners expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the resolution process.
- Participate in internal meetings to provide partners perspectives and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Develop and implement account management plans to maximize partner retention and growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English
- Have good time management
- Have good negotiation and acquisition skills
- Have good business presentation skills
- Can work individually or collaborate with a team
- Can work with target-oriented
