- Assist in receiving and organizing invoices, tax invoices, and billing documents from vendors and related departments.
- Help record incoming billing documents and update tracking systems.
- Support document verification processes in internal systems under supervision.
- Assist in the preparation of tax withholding slips (PPh 23) and submission.
- Help prepare internal reports such as fund request summaries, pending invoice lists, etc.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to accounts payable and document filing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate from Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Interest in finance, accounting, or tax processes.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willing to commit to the 6 months internship period.
- This is an unpaid internship position.
