- Koordinasi Tim Kreatif & Narasumber
- Quality Control Konten & Storytelling
- Optimasi Performa YouTube (CTR & Retensi)
Minimum Qualifications
- Memahami isu ekonomi makro & mikro (inflasi, suku bunga, pinjol, pasar modal, fiskal–moneter).
- Bisa jadi host baik monolog maupun podcast.
- Bisa menyusun alur naskah: hook – konflik – insight – solusi (Monolog).
- Paham workflow shooting → editing → upload.
- Mampu memberi arahan jelas ke host, editor, dan tim kreatif.
- Memahami metrik YouTube: CTR, watch time, retention dll.
