• Concept-Driven Book Category Strategy - Create a structured model for “Familiarity vs Serendipity” assortment balance. Recommend refresh strategies to modernize category relevance.
• Vendor Partnership Strategy - Identify and evaluate external publishers aligned with each store concept’s identity. Influence negotiations from a strategic standpoint.
• Planogram Strategy & Browsing Experience Design - Develop strategic Planogram frameworks for book display where familiarity meets serendipity.
• Performance Evaluation & Productivity Strategy - Interpret velocity, sell-through, inventory turnover, and space productivity. Provide strategic direction for book acquiring decisions.
• Customer Insight & Cultural Research - Understand cultural currents that affect book relevance.

Background: 2-3 years of experience in book category specialists, senior book curators, brand/planning strategists with literary background.
