Job Description

  • Coordinate merchandise development projects from ideation to production.
  • Manage project timelines across creative, production, promotion, and distribution teams.
  • Translate campaign or brand needs into merchandise development briefs.
  • Track production progress with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure merchandise launches align with campaign or retail timelines.
  • Support product planning and monitor merchandise performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-4 years experience in project coordination, product development, creative agency, or merchandise projects.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with strong planning capability.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Able to manage timelines and track project progress.
  • Interest in creative products, retail, or merchandise development.
