Tanggung Jawab
- Mengatur timeline dan alur produksi
- Membuat serta mengontrol budget produksi
- Koordinasi kru, talent, vendor, dan client
- Memastikan shooting / produksi berjalan sesuai schedule
- Mengurus kebutuhan teknis dan logistik produksi
- Mengawasi penggunaan equipment dan resource
- Menangani problem solving saat proses produksi berlangsung
- Membuat laporan produksi dan evaluasi project
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi Umum :
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Broadcasting, Film, Komunikasi, Multimedia, atau relevan)
- Pengalaman di bidang produksi media/event biasanya 1–3 tahun
- Paham workflow produksi video/film/commercial
- Mampu membuat budgeting & scheduling
- Bisa bekerja under pressure dan deadline ketat
- Skill komunikasi dan leadership yang baik
- WFO
