Enterprise Technology Manager at Corporate IT&IS  

1. Strategic Delivery & Execution: Orchestrate the end-to-end solution design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise technology solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives and strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
2. Architectural Governance: Oversee the technical design and architecture of enterprise applications, enforcing best practices in services, API integrations, cloud-native development, and DevSecOps pipelines to ensure system scalability and high availability.
3. Stakeholder & Demand Management: Act as the primary technical partner for business process owners across the enterprise, translating complex business requirements into viable, cost-effective technical roadmaps and product backlogs.
4. Team Leadership & Capability Building: Direct, mentor, and scale a high-performing department of software engineers and quality assurance professionals. Serving as a defining role model in technical integrity, accountability, and professional ethics. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, engineering excellence, and mature agile practices— specifically supporting and optimizing engineer participation within cross-functional teams.
5. Vendor & Resource Optimization: Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors, system integrators, and outsourced talent. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate technical scopes, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal and external development teams.
6. Risk & Quality Assurance: Enforce rigorous code quality reviews, automated testing frameworks, and cybersecurity compliance standards to safeguard corporate data and ensure operational resilience across all enterprise platforms.
7. Cross-Functional Synergy & Ecosystem Integration: Drive active, friction-free collaboration across distinct departments and business units to dismantle operational silos. Establish unified communication channels, shared KPIs, and collaborative governance models, ensuring that developers, business analysts, and business users operate as a synchronized unit to achieve collective corporate objectives.
8. Innovation & Resource Empowerment: Spearhead pioneering research into emerging technologies, driven by an "AI-First" mindset. Strategically implement and advocate for AI-driven development tools, automated code-review assistants, and intelligent workflows to radically empower, upskill, and maximize the productivity and output of all existing engineering resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 – 15 years of progressive experience in the Information Technology sector, specifically within software engineering, enterprise systems, or technical consulting environments.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years in an engineering management or technical leadership role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Tech Lead Manager, or Enterprise IT Manager) with a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.

1. Technical Proficiencies: Deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF principles), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), modern programming frameworks, API/Middleware management. Extensive experience in complex enterprise system integrations (ERP/SAP/Oracle/Odoo ecosystem experience is highly preferred). Strong technical literacy and hands-on familiarity with emerging technologies, specifically AI-driven development tools, LLM integrations, and automated engineering productivity tools is highly preferred.
2. Core Competencies: Advanced capability in Agile/Scrum/Kanban and traditional project management methodologies. Exceptional business acumen with the ability to understand financial, manufacturing, and corporate operational workflows.
