- Pengelolaan Legalitas Perizinan, baik perizinan proyek, perizinan baru, maupun perizinan periodik (OSS RBA, SIMBG: PBG & SLF, AMDAL Net, aplikasi pemerintah daerah, dll).
- Kebutuhan legalitas (drafting, opini, standing, searching, peraturan perundang-undangan, dll).
- Asistensi pengelolaan legalitas seluruh aset tanah dan bangunan perusahaan, khususnya pertanahan (perpanjangan HGB, sertifikasi, roya, sita aset, dan pengelolaan pemilikan sertifikat tanah).
- Asistensi pembelian & penjualan properti (tanah & bangunan), khususnya dalam hal pengecekan legalitas dan kesiapan dokumen transaksi).
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan hukum.
- Keterampilan Non Teknis:
- Bahasa Inggris (intermediate level).
- Komputer (Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, Excel).
- Komunikasi yang baik.
- Keterampilan Teknis:
- Legal Drafting.
- Legal Opinion.
- Legal Due Diligence.
