Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English.
- Provide customer assistance through live chat support.
- Manage and document customer cases in the system or CRM.
- Ensure service delivery according to SLA and response time standards.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
- Prepare operational reports related to customer service activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in call center or customer service roles.
- Familiar with CRM systems or customer service tools.
