- Mengelola dan memonitor operasional harian seluruh outlet.
- Memastikan penerapan SOP, food safety, kebersihan, dan standar pelayanan.
- Mengontrol sales, food cost, labor cost, inventory, dan waste.
- Menganalisis performa outlet serta menyusun tindakan perbaikan.
- Memimpin dan mengevaluasi tim operasional outlet.
- Menyusun laporan operasional kepada manajemen
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal S1 Manajemen, Hospitality, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di operasional F&B dan 2–3 tahun sebagai manajer.
- Berpengalaman mengelola beberapa outlet.
- Memahami food cost, inventory, P&L, food safety, dan operational KPI.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, analisis, dan problem-solving.
- Bersedia melakukan kunjungan outlet dan bekerja secara fleksibel.
