Job Description
- Analyse the needs of company or business strategy for company’s future
- Drive strategic and tactical marketing partnership initiatives with partners to strengthen brand awareness and tap into their user bases/assets for advertising
- Identify partnership opportunities and provides this feedback to other stakeholders
- To negotiate, prioritize and gain best results/outcome for the partnership while managing win-win solutions for all parties
- Develop and execute relationship management towards business partners
- Coordinate the execution of the planned partnership initiatives from end-to-end (incl. Proposal/sales pitch development, negotiation with partners, initiative, monitoring, and optimization)
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-year-experience as B2B Partnership/ Business Development with the same role/level;
- Good understanding in partnership models with a complex, changing industry and generate partnership ideas;
- Strong business partner network;
- Excellent communication (as well as presenting), interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively close the partnership deals;
- Outgoing, well organized, passionate & driven personality;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
