About Seven Generation Group
Seven Generation Group is a Filipino-owned holding company comprising M2.0 Communications, Media Meter Inc., Rythmos DB Inc., and Outboxed Solutions, supported by 7gen IT. We deliver communications, media intelligence, data, and technology solutions to leading organizations across the region. We are building an organization designed to last — one that values craft, integrity, and long-term thinking.
About the Role
We are looking for a Paralegal to work closely with our Corporate Lawyer in supporting the legal needs of the Group. You will handle the day-to-day execution that keeps our legal and regulatory work moving — corporate housekeeping, contracts management, SEC and DOLE filings, litigation support, and legal research. If you are organized, discreet, and energized by solving practical legal-operational problems, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Maintain corporate records and prepare draft board resolutions, minutes, and Secretary's Certificates for all entities.
- Manage SEC, LGU, and other regulatory filings (GIS, AFS, business permits, beneficial ownership).
- Maintain the contracts repository and prepare first drafts of NDAs, service agreements, and amendments based on approved templates.
- Liaise with SEC, DOLE, BIR, LGU, IPO, and other regulators for filings and follow-ups.
- Support labor and employment matters — DOLE filings, employment contracts, disciplinary documentation, and SEnA/NLRC case prep.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefers on new laws, regulations, and issuances affecting the Group.
- Manage the legal calendar — deadlines, hearings, and renewals across all entities.
Minimum Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a comparable legal support role.
- Working knowledge of Philippine corporate, labor, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with SEC, DOLE, BIR, and LGU filings.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and document management skills.
- Discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to track multiple deadlines without dropping any.
Nice to Have
- Law school units (completed or ongoing).
- Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Familiarity with eSPARC, eFAST, eFPS, and other regulatory online platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-entity organizations.
What We Offer
- A meaningful role at the center of our legal operations across multiple businesses.
- Direct mentorship from our Corporate Lawyer.
- Competitive compensation, HMO, and statutory benefits.
- Hybrid work arrangement and exposure to a wide range of legal matters.
