Job Description
Account Management
- Colloborates regularly with HRBPs and Local HRs for TR-documentary requirements and program plans
- Responsible for being a knowledge expert on TR policies, processes and procedures
Compensation Administrative
- Administers participation in salary and benefits benchmark surveys
- Assists in the implementation and administration of the annual merit and compensation program.
- Performs basic job analysis and checks proper role inventory, job descriptions and competency classifications are updated
- Supports in the strategy planning, design, and delivery of communications for all total rewards programs.
- Prepares and organizes the required documentations for total rewards programs
Analytics and Reporting
- Assists in the data gathering and preparation
- Assists in the conduct of job evaluation activities
- Provides basic reporting and analysis to demonstrate total rewards effectiveness and efficiency usage.
- Helps in the roll-out of the new Job Leveling project
- Audits the employee compensation and benefits data
Communications & Policies
- Consolidates and checks total rewards documentary requirements
- Checks whether the established total rewards procedures are met or satisfied
- Plays a support role in communicating the total rewards program plans
- Conducts review and assessment of the existing total rewards policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.

Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Candidate must be willing to assign in Katipunan, Quezon City.

Must have an experience in Total Rewards Management.

Manila Water Philippine Ventures (MWPV) was designated as the vehicle for expansion within the Philippines. With focus on geographic expansion, its specific mandate is to look for new acquisitions and partnerships across the country while leveraging on the track record set by the existing subsidiary businesses in Boracay, Cebu, Clark and Laguna.
Currently under MWPV are LagunaAAA Water Corporation (“Laguna Water”), Boracay Island Water Company (“Boracay Water”), Clark Water Corporation (“Clark Water”), Manila Water Consortium, Inc. (“MW Consortium”), and Estate Water, an operating division under MWPV which operates and manages the water systems of townships developed by Ayala Land, Inc. A subsidiary of MW Consortium is Cebu Manila Water Development, Inc. (“Cebu Water”) that provides bulk water in the province of Cebu. The Group has other new projects in its portfolio including the Zamboanga City performance-based non-revenue water reduction project under Zamboanga Water Company, Inc. (“Zamboanga Water”) and the Tagum City bulk water supply project under Tagum Water Company, Inc. (“Tagum Water”), among others.
