The Finance Manager leads the daily operations of the Finance team, driving financial strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role is crucial for providing financial guidance and in-depth analysis to senior management, enabling cost-efficient decision-making and supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate execution of daily financial operations and reporting.
- Analyze the monthly financial performance of various business units to provide strategic direction and actionable insights to top management.
- Guarantee compliance with all national and local tax laws by staying current with BIR rulings and overseeing the timely preparation and submission of all tax requirements.
- Lead the development of policies, systems, and processes to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present in-depth financial and management analysis reports to support executive decision-making and long-term business planning.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be able to work onsite in Makati City.
