Senior Operations Manager  

The Senior Operations Manager will lead operational strategy and execution by building high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and supervisors to drive team performance and accountability
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient execution of work requests
• Establish operational plans and performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement and implement process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong onshore relationships
• Partner with HR on employee relations and talent decisions
• Review team performance metrics and implement corrective action plans

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations leadership or similar senior role
• Strong people management and leadership development capability
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to handle complex, high-volume operational environments
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working US time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global or offshore/onshore operations setup
• Background in process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
• Strong exposure to performance management and workforce planning
