About Miguelitos Business Development Corporation

Responsibilities: Oversee daily financial operations, including monitoring of cash flow, disbursements, collections, and fund requests. Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and reconciliations for management accuracy and compliance. Ensure proper implementation of accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. Coordinate with departments for budget preparation, expense tracking, and liquidation monitoring. Review and verify supporting documents for cash advances, reimbursements, and check requests. Monitor Revolving Fund (RF) usage and enforce compliance with company policies. Assist in forecasting, financial planning, and cost analysis to support management decisions. Liaise with banks, auditors, and government agencies for financial and regulatory requirements. Support the Finance Manager/CFO in developing and improving financial systems and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA is an advantage). At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control systems. Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and preferably SAP or similar ERP systems. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability. Strong integrity and commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
