- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using ReactJS for frontend and Java Spring Boot for backend services.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot, including Spring MVC and Spring Security.
- Implement responsive, reusable, and maintainable frontend components using ReactJS (hooks, state management, component lifecycle).
- Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance.
- Participate in the design and implementation of microservices architecture and system integrations with internal and external APIs.
- Ensure application security, including authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Use version control systems (Git) to manage source code and collaborate effectively with the development team.
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance.
- Follow best practices in software development, documentation, and coding standards.
- Adapt to project requirements and timelines, especially within banking, insurance, or financial services environments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer in web-based applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (hooks, state management, component lifecycle).
- Strong experience in Java Spring Boot (REST API, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
- Experience with SQL/Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration.
- Familiar with version control systems (Git).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Good understanding of web security, authentication, and authorization (JWT, OAuth is a plus).
- Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to Contract and WFO (Jakarta)
